Shifts:

Will be on 2nd or 3rd shift. Must be okay with 6-7 day working weeks. Team does the best they can to get you to 5-6 day working week but it is not guaranteed.

2nd: 3:00pm- 11:00 pm

3rd: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in maintenance leading a team. No facility maintenance managers fixing toilets etc.
• 3+ years of technical expertise servicing equipment: CNC machines & Assembly equipment
• 3+ years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing unionized work force or hourly employees

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of skilled trades employees to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and facility systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting high‑volume powertrain manufacturing operations by overseeing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
