FASTSIGNS Toledo & Maumee helps local businesses grow through impactful visual communication. From interior graphics and vehicle wraps to exterior signage and way finding, we produce and install high-quality visual solutions across Northwest Ohio.

We are looking for a Sign Production Specialist who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Produce high‑quality signs and graphics by following work orders and layouts
• Apply computer‑cut vinyl and full‑color graphics to a variety of substrates
• Prepare materials for production, including cutting, laminating, cleaning, mounting, and painting
• Operate and maintain wide‑format printers and production equipment (UV flatbed, latex printers, routers, cutters, and laser engravers)
• Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and finish
• Complete finishing work such as laminating, trimming, mounting, and packaging
• Keep production and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with indoor and outdoor sign installations as needed

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production, graphics, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Willingness to work outdoors year‑round when required
