2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods, such as inspectors and operators.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure operators conform to production or processing standards.
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role required.
• Experience with high‑volume resistance welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with robotic welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
• Must satisfactorily complete pre‑employment screening (background check, drug screen).
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Report for work on time to support production startup.
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.
• Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.

• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment.

Salary

Description:

$75,000 – $85,000 per year.
