• Preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and plant systems.
• Electrical diagnostics and repair: motors, control panels, PLC hardware and logic.
• Mechanical service: pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Fabrication/modification of parts to improve performance and replace wear items.
• Welding (MIG/TIG/stick) for structural and equipment repairs.
• Reading and applying schematics, prints, and technical manuals.
• Compliance stewardship for GMP and OSHA standards.
• Cross‑functional downtime reduction with production partners.
• Accurate CMMS/work‑order documentation and spare‑parts tracking.
• Support for upgrades and installation of new equipment.

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with exposure to packaging/production.
• Skill set spanning motor control, relay logic, PLC logic, and computer‑based process control.
• Demonstrated welding and metal fabrication ability.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Food safety literate: HACCP and GMP familiarity.
