District Business Manager

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director (SRD), the District Business Leader (DBL) will be responsible for the leadership of a team of 8 Territory Business Managers (TBM’s) representing two CNS products for Schizophrenia and Bipolar-1, as well as any future neuroscience pipeline products & services. This will be accomplished by successfully leading, coaching and developing a diverse, high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals within an assigned geographic area.

Key attributes necessary for success will be the ability to inspire and motivate a high performing, results oriented team, possess a strategic perspective on managing business opportunities and as needed, execute efficient performance management practices. DBLs will need to provide clear direction and coaching, work collaboratively in the field with the sales team to assist in identifying needs and opportunities and as needed execute successful sales meetings.

In addition, the DBL will establish high work standards and assure that the team works in accordance with all company policies.

Territory: 8-10 reps in Lower & Western Michigan and parts of Northwestern OH. Ideal locations:
Ann Arbor, Toledo, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids

Compensation:
Competitive base salary (depending on experience & current comp), $65k ICP, car or allowance (your choice), all expenses paid and full benefits 401k, plus equity.

Requirements:

• BA/BS is required
• 7+ years of specialty pharmaceutical/biotech experience. 3+ years of front-line leadership within specialty pharmaceuticals. CNS, injectable experience ideal.
• Must live within the geography of responsibility
• Driver's license must be in good standing
