This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining communication with clients. The role involves training staff, scheduling, maintaining security measures, and resolving operational concerns efficiently while promoting collaboration and high service standards.

• Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and personnel management
• Knowledge of operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance measures
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Proficiency in basic technology use, reporting systems, and scheduling software is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in security, event management, or relevant industries is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in security or management is a bonus
