Job SummaryIn the HVAC, General Maintenance role, you will repair and maintain all HVAC systems at your assigned Pro Medica facility.
You will maintain all equipment in the HVAC field and maintain all water circulating pumps with the systems. You will monitor, diagnose and perform maintenance to the building automation system for all associated HVAC systems.

Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.
- Must have a working knowledge of electricity, fire/safety codes, and air conditioning principles
- Must be knowledgeable of all types of circulating pumps and air conditioning motors
- Have a working knowledge of process steam and its usage for HVAC systems, including steam valves and steams traps
- 2 years experience
- Valid State Driver’s License
- HVAC certificate or trade school
- Working knowledge of building automation systems
- 4 years or combination of education and worked experience
