USA is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Maintenance professional for a client facility in the Toledo area. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining building cleanliness, supporting general maintenance needs, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

The client will interview qualified candidates before making a final hiring decision.

Location: Toledo, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

USA

• Perform general building cleaning and maintenance
• Ensure facility cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
• Set up and arrange rooms for meetings and events
• Monitor building to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools as needed
• Identify and report or address minor maintenance issues
• Maintain simple records as required

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience cleaning and maintaining a public facility preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass an FBI and BCI background check

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and agents
• Ability to read safety data sheets and equipment manuals
• Ability to perform basic math (chemical dilution calculations)
• Ability to operate equipment such as:
• Lawn equipment
• Snow removal equipment
• Hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and at-risk youth
