Beztak is a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.

• Maintains and cares for equipment necessary for continuous operation, completing emergency repairs to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Prepares vacant units for move‑in in accordance with company standards, performing manual labor such as carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning, and interior painting; limited outside contractor use.
• Documents replacement of appliances, carpet, vinyl, water heaters, condensers, etc., and tracks system repairs, apartment painting, refrigerator coil cleaning, and other major repairs.
• May perform daily pool/spa inspections (in season) to ensure proper water chemistry, cleanliness, and identify needed repairs or improvements.
• Performs routine maintenance and repair on central and/or individual air‑conditioning units as authorized or directed by a supervisor.
• Documents building deficiencies or needs to a supervisor in writing.
• Adheres to policies related to fair housing.
• Maintains confidentiality of co‑workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and contacts.
• Assists other service technicians and groundskeepers in maintaining common areas.
• Schedules or contracts vendors for apartment turnover services as appropriate.
• Assists with various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, or groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean, well‑maintained environment.
• Completes service requests in a timely, accurate manner with thorough completion notes.
• Operates a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties; must be willing and able to drive for work‑related purposes.
• Works in a high‑pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and maintaining effective interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or related vocational training and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar field.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred.

Requires frequent standing, walking, occasional climbing stairs, bending over, reaching overhead, and pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Performance in indoor and outdoor environments, including occupied and unoccupied apartment units, maintenance shops, and common areas.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, cleaning agents, paint fumes, chemicals, moderate loud noise, and occasional confined spaces or heights.
• Use of personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, masks, and hearing protection may be required.
