Join Epic’s legal team as a Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney. The role focuses on managing complex litigation and providing proactive legal counseling across regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas, while representing the company in high‑stakes proceedings.

• Co‑manage and ultimately lead multi‑million dollar litigation matters
• Provide strategic legal counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk issues
• Draft motions, briefs, conduct depositions, and argue cases in court
• Negotiate settlements and seek favorable resolutions for the company
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensure compliance with emerging and existing U.S. and international legal frameworks

• J.D. with strong academic and professional background
• Significant experience counseling toward risk mitigation, motion drafting, deposition‑taking, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial advocacy
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Detail oriented, creative mind, and strong teamwork capabilities
