- Minium 10 plus experience in Sr. Service Now Developer
- Development and Customization:
Develop custom applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Customize Service Now applications and facilitate the integration with other systems.
- Configuration Management:
Configure and maintain the Service Now platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. - Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure the quality of code meets standards. - Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. - Effectively design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Service Now platform, meeting business needs and driving efficiency
