Job SummaryAs the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate to develop and administer human resource plans and procedures throughout Pro Medica.
You will be a consultant for business leaders and employees regarding workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational excellence, employee relations and culture and workforce engagement.
In this role, you will look to continually improve the efficiency of Pro Medica departments and services. You will serve as a resource for strategic workforce planning, discussing employee career paths with managers, and recommending developmental strategies to meet professional and organization goals.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management and Leadership, Industrial Relations, or similar concentration
- 5+ years progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Certifications in Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM‑SCP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification
