Job Description:

Provides nursing care for patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN assists in the implementation of the delivery of health care services, assists fellow employees in providing the highest quality personalized patient care, and maintains a positive work relationship with the health care team. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) order entry for medication, laboratory or radiology may be completed when delegated.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing with current registration with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Must be willing to rotate shifts and units.
  • LPN's hired after January 19, 1990 must hold NAPNES or OOPNA medication card.
  • Obtain and maintain active certification from the American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS required. Will accept at time of hire only American Red Cross "CPR for Professional Rescuers".
