Position: Senior Project Manager, Quality Hub & Coaching for NWO Clinics - 500213

Overview

This position will drive meaningful change across multiple primary care clinics by leading data-driven quality improvement initiatives. In this impactful role, this position will partner with interdisciplinary teams to design tailored interventions, enhance clinical outcomes, and advance system-wide and Medicaid value-based care goals. As a trusted coach, this position will guide teams in use of project management and improvement tools, running effective meetings, testing change ideas, and communicating results.

This position will foster a culture of continuous learning by building teams’ long-term improvement skills, supporting collaboration, and helping remove barriers to progress. Join us in shaping sustainable, patient-centered improvements across Northwest Ohio.

Responsibilities

Direct quality improvement activities for multiple Primary Care Physician clinics, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, design tailored interventions, and promote data-driven improvement practices. Facilitate development and engagement of teams using structured improvement methodologies. Educate teams in project management and process improvement tools to promote continuous learning and improvement. Help teams plan and run effective meetings, use data to assess progress, test change ideas, and develop communication plans for sharing results.

Transfer skills to teams to sustain improvements without coaching support and manage group dynamics while maintaining open communication with stakeholders regarding progress and barriers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Industrial Engineering or health related field) required.
  • The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) required.
  • Two (2) years of progressive experience facilitating interdisciplinary improvement teams in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in diverse teams representing various disciplines, including representatives from frontline staff to senior management.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills; skilled at facilitating group processes, building teams, and transferring knowledge and skills.
  • Clinical experience and/or knowledge of health care systems is preferred.
  • Experience applying quality improvement processes and tools is preferred.
  • Experience collecting and displaying improvement data to drive decision making and prioritizing is preferred.
  • Experience working on state or federal grants is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with staff at all levels.
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation to travel to sites and attend meetings at partner sites and in Columbus, OH.
  • Experience in advanced computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
