Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with on-call requirements

• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date preferred

• Mandatory operating room nursing experience in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and hybrid vascular surgery required

• Perform scrub duties during surgical procedures under direct supervision of physician and circulating registered nurse

• Demonstrate clinical competency in caring for patients across all age groups: infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and dying patients

• Provide specialized care for bariatric, pediatric, and MRDD patient populations

• Exercise critical thinking skills in clinical situations and perform procedures consistent with approved nursing practices

• Administer medications appropriately while maintaining awareness of effects

• Implement current medical regimens ensuring patient safety

• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and devices pertinent to patient care

• Complete hospital required and unit specific competency requirements

• First time travelers welcome and local candidates accepted at same rate
