Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position Summary: Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care to our clients in the Paulding area. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives, comfort, and independence of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Qualifications:

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients’ homes
