Kingston of Vermilion is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping residents regain mobility, strength, and independence while contributing to a supportive, resident-focused care environment in Vermilion, Ohio.

Deliver therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Support residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities

Monitor and document progress, reporting updates to the Physical Therapist

Provide education to residents and families on safe movement and home exercise practices

Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere during therapy sessions

Ensure compliance with Ohio state regulations and Kingston’s standards of care

Active Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome)
