Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment

As a Clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence‑based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long‑term success.

• Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high‑quality counseling tailored to client needs.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
• Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
• Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Licensure Required – LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC required
• Experience in Mental Health or Substance Use Treatment (preferred)
