• Manage all aspects of a case from intake to discharge, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, providing individualized care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, clinicians, and other community resources.
• Identify and address barriers to treatment and recovery.
• Meet with family members to offer education and support.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of patient care.

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience treating substance abuse disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
• Required Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
