LSW/LPC: $55,000 – $68,000 annually

LISW/LPCC: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Position Summary:

Come work your passion with Unison Health! We are hiring Clinical Therapists for our Community-Based Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program. In this role, you will provide therapy, advocacy, and linkage services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), helping clients achieve stability and independence while working closely with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team in community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with SPMI

Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver assertive community treatment services

Work directly with clients in the community where they live and thrive

Participate in a 24/7 team approach with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Access professional growth through supervision, ongoing training, and tuition reimbursement

Provide diagnostic services and therapeutic interventions to assigned clients

Deliver assertive community treatment services in accordance with state, agency, and program standards

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record

Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to enhance service coordination and effectiveness

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s preferred) OR Master’s degree in Counseling

Current Ohio licensure: LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with SPMI clients

Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours

Knowledge of mental illness treatment approaches, individual and group counseling, behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, and chronic health issues affecting SPMI or SED populations
