  • LSW/LPC: $64,000 - $70,000 annually

Position Summary

The Clinical Therapist – Children’s QRTP provides individual, group, and family therapy for youth residing in our residential treatment program. This role plays a key part in helping children heal from trauma, develop coping skills, and strengthen family connections. The therapist collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to support each youth’s treatment plan and overall success.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights
  • Provide trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy to youth in the residential setting.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with residential staff, case managers, and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings and engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the electronic health record system.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team consultation, and ongoing professional development.
  • Promote a positive and therapeutic environment consistent with ODJFS and OHMAS QRTP standards.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
  • Current Ohio licensure as LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC required.
  • Experience working with children and families in a behavioral health or residential setting strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
