- LSW / LPC: $55,000 - $68,000 annually
- LISW / LPCC: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Use Therapist to join our treatment team. In this role, you will provide chemical dependency treatment, case management services, and support clients in their recovery journey.
- Provide direct mental health and substance use disorder services to clients as appropriate per licensure
- Document client and program activities accurately
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ recovery
- Extensive training and professional development opportunities
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with adults with mental health and substance use disorders
- LCDCII or dual licensure as PC or LSW required
- Experience in residential, MAT, or detoxification settings preferred
