- Participate in the development of treatment plans
- Charting, documentation, records, and reporting
- Organizing and conducting patient group activities
- Transport patients to off-site appointments
- Participate in appropriate interventions
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule
. Normal working hours/DAYS/SHIFT(s) are variable and as needed. The position is located at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio
.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above.
Qualifications- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary.
- High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-3-01(F) (1) (c).
- For positions at Veteran Services, STNA certification &/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
- Valid driver’s license if the role requires operating a motor vehicle to transport consumers.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

CompensationSalary: $22.60 per hour
