Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site | Ohio OTA License Required

Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents restore independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in a supportive, resident-focused environment in Sylvania, Ohio.

What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Carry out therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Support residents with self-care training, exercises, and adaptive equipment use.

Document resident progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist.

Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies.

Create a positive, encouraging therapy environment that promotes participation and progress.

Ensure therapy services meet Ohio regulations and Kingston’s standards of care.

What You’ll Need

Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license required.

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
