Your Responsibilities:

Perform precision haircuts, including fades, tapers, and classic styles
Deliver our signature MVP

Experience with hot towel treatments
Maintain clean work stations and follow all sanitation protocols
Build rapport with clients in our sports-themed atmosphere
Recommend grooming products to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

Valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license
Passion for men's grooming and current trends
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Flexible schedule including weekend availability
