DescriptionPosition Summary:
Responsible for providing a broad variety of member service functions and handling complex transactions. Performs specific daily branch functions in the absence of the Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager, including opening and closing the Branch and managing the vault. Provides assistance to MSR I, II, ABM and Branch Manager as needed.

- Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of assigned branch functions.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with management.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to Company for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Company’s handbook(s).

High School or better.
Experience Required 1-3 years:Customer/member service experience with a bank, credit union, or financial institution. Additional coursework in banking or financial services preferred.
