Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of federal and state income tax filings for compliance across domestic and international entities Manage quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including ASC 740 reporting and audit support Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the tax impact of business initiatives and develop process improvements leveraging AI and automation tools
Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive tax experience in both public accounting and in-house corporate settings Expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance and provision processes, including ASC 740 Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools for tax-related tasks Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
