Key Responsibilities Manage member inquiries and provide timely support for account-related questions Handle operational processes including account opening, funding, and maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for members, guiding them through various financial offerings
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in account or relationship management in financial services Strong organizational and operational skills to manage multiple client priorities Current possession of a Series 7, 65, 66, or 63 license, or willingness to obtain it Strong understanding of investment products and client servicing in financial advisory Experience in a startup environment and adaptability to changing priorities
