Position: Otolarynolist (ENT) for NW Ohio Job
Otolaryngologist Join a non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio, with a significant footprint in NW Ohio serving eight county radius and employs more than 3,000 associates. Join a well-established comprehensive audiology team. Currently 1 physician and 3 mid-levels with 3 audiologists and 2 audiology techs. Robust medical and surgical subspecialty support. Access to 4 DaVinci Robotics. Surgery block time in 3 OR locations. Exceptional referral network from PCPs and other specialists. New Fellows encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

Total comp package (up to $800k)
Guaranteed base salary

Production bonus (up to 25% of base)
Signing bonus ($70k)
