Women's Health Center Physician

Mercy Health Toledo is expanding access to care with the opening of a new Women’s Health Center and is seeking a Family Medicine Physician who has a genuine passion for supporting women’s health. This is a special opportunity to help establish a thoughtful, patient centered practice while providing comprehensive care that supports women through every stage of life.

Position Summary
This physician will provide full spectrum primary care with an emphasis on women’s health, prevention, and long-term wellness. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, practices with compassion, and is committed to creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
• Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a strong focus on preventive care
• Educate patients to encourage informed and confident healthcare decisions
• Collaborate closely with specialty partners
• Participate in call coverage as appropriate

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Interest or experience in women’s health preferred
• Patient-first mindset with a strong commitment to quality care
• Collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills
