Opportunity Highlights:
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8a-4:30pDiagnose and provide comprehensive care for pediatric endocrine conditions
Coordinate care with pediatric specialists in cardiology, critical care, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, neonatology, pulmonology, and surgery
Home On Call Responsibilities (Includes weekends/holidays)- Shared responsibility between APP's and Physicians
Join a team of 2 board-certified pediatric endocrinologists and 3 APP-CNPs
Access to a robust diabetes program with 3 full-time diabetes educators and social work support
Teach and mentor through our resident and medical student education with affiliation through UTMC, clinical instruction of adult endocrinology fellows through UTMC
Excellent work/life balance
Office across the street from hospital with a 15-bed PICU, 72-bed NICU, and dedicated Pediatric Emergency department (Level 2 Trauma Center)

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided
Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
