The selected physician will work alongside psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and psychotherapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The goal is to create a "one-stop" model where patients can access both behavioral and physical health services seamlessly - seeing their behavioral health provider and their primary care physician in the same location and timeframe.
