Pro Medica Physicians Vision Associates is looking for a fellowship trained Neuro-Ophthalmologist to provide care at our multi-specialty eye care practice in Toledo, Ohio.

Pro Medica Vision Associates has 11 MD/ODs. Pro Medica has a large number of neurologists and neurosurgeons, with a well-established referral pattern from regional optometrists. Pro Medica Vision Associates has specialists in cornea, cataract and refractive surgery, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastic & reconstructive surgery, pediatrics, and retinal diseases.

Large referral base encompassing 27-counties throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan New, modern, state of the art eye care facility. The new building houses three operating rooms devoted to eye surgery, an optical shop, examination and work-up rooms, and state-of-the-art diagnostic testing.

Full range of multi-specialty physician support

The recent retiring doctor is an ophthalmologist and performed a variety of cataract, strabismus, and lid procedures and any level of surgery would be open to the candidate. Our system also offers the possibility of a neurology-trained neuro-ophthalmologist to join our neuro-sciences team and divide time between both locations.

There are 2 neurology residencies and a medical school in Toledo. Teaching and an academic appointment is encouraged.

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Valid medical license to practice in Ohio.

Fellowship trained from an accredited Neuro-Ophthalmology program

New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
