As a Customer Support Representative at Apex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers. You'll assist homeowners with questions about their solar installations, appointments, and general inquiries while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers

• Assist customers with questions regarding solar systems, scheduling, and service requests

• Schedule and confirm appointments with customers

• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems

• Resolve basic issues and elevate concerns when needed

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically

• Support internal teams with administrative tasks as assigned

• No prior experience required (training provided)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude with a problem‑solving mindset

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization
