Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Agents to support inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to products, warranties, and general services. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
Responsibilities- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Hybrid schedule after training (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Paid onsite training (approximately 4 weeks)
- Contract role, hourly pay
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and web-based systems
