Business Development Assistant
WGTE Public Media is seeking a full-time Business Development Assistant. This role provides administrative and operational support for sponsorship, sales, and community partnerships across radio, television, and digital platforms by coordinating communications, preparing documents, maintaining records, tracking contracts and deliverables, and assisting with reporting and research. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and collaborative, with discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior administrative or customer service experience is also required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Occasional evening or event support may be required.
