Sr. Accountant

Robert Half has partnered with a rapidly growing, Toledo area company as they look for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will play an integral role in a dynamic & exciting stage of the organization's life cycle. What You'll Do:

+ Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual reporting

+ Prepare/post journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in line with company policy and GAAP

+ Perform margin analysis, inventory related accounting and manage subledger schedules (fixed assets, leases, prepaids, etc.)

+ Support audit and tax filing processes by compiling and providing needed documentation

+ Collaborate across departments to drive results and ensure compliance

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

+ Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with at least 3+ years related experience

+ Experience in a large company, ideally a multi-entity or public company

+ Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting system skills (Net Suite a plus)

+ CPA or CPA-track a plus
