✨ Able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
✨ Calm and confident in challenging situations
✨ Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
✨ Passionate about building a long-term career in children’s residential care
No prior residential experience required – a full induction is provided, including:
2 weeks classroom-based training
1 week of supported shadow shifts
- Large, well-established children’s residential care provider
- Multiple homes across the UK
- Strong therapeutic and child-centred care model
- Clear growth and development plans
- Additional services supporting children and young people
