- Preferred experience with P6 (Oracle) and Pro Core

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of construction projects, from planning activities to overseeing completion. This role ensures strict adherence to schedules, coordinates subcontractor performance, maintains compliance with contract documents, enforces safety standards, and delivers superior quality construction.
Primary Responsibilities- Schedule construction activities and manage overall project timelines in accordance with project plans and specifications. Communicate deviations to customers and subcontractors.
- Interpret construction drawings and direct subcontractors for accurate execution.
- Plan, direct, and budget for assigned projects, including challenging construction and project management tasks.
- Administer project management functions such as fund status reporting, billing reviews, and contractual submittals.
- Assist with design reviews and provide guidance to subcontractors, support staff, and trades.
- Monitor requirements for progress payments, government-furnished property, and contract phases.
- Develop agendas for weekly, pre-job, and post-job conferences.
- Create visual presentations and assist with desktop publishing for project documentation.
- Prepare cost accounting worksheets by analyzing blueprints and consulting with engineering staff.
- Support Site Manager/Project Manager with project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act) and monitor commercial trends.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Utilize basic computer software for scheduling, reporting, and email.
