This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Toccoa, GA. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, providing leadership to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while upholding company values. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating production schedules, implementing strategies to optimize productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will collaborate with various departments to align processes and support company goals.

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and proactive decision-making
• Strong organizational and operational abilities, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Understanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and production processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
