Overview
Total Communication Therapy is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP‑CCC or SLP‑CF) for a full‑time and part‑time school‑based position.
We are a speech therapy private practice owned and operated by a certified speech‑language pathologist. We are seeking to further expand the Total Communication Therapy team.
We are committed to growing and supporting the capabilities of our therapist by providing frequent and direct supervision, feedback, and SLP tools and resources to support and create the best outcomes. W‑2 and 1099 offered.

This position is for the 2025‑2026 and 2026‑2027 school year.
Built‑In Support for New and Experienced Clinicians‑ Access to mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and experienced colleagues.
Skill Qualifications- Thorough knowledge of the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) due process requirements
- Thorough knowledge and skills in conducting/interpreting comprehensive speech/language evaluations; thorough knowledge and skills in providing speech/language therapy services
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents regarding evaluations, treatments, and further resources
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and deliver speech‑language services
- Screen, evaluate, and provide speech‑language therapy for students with identified speech‑language impairments.
- Master's degree in speech language pathology required
- Georgia Speech‑Language Pathology license or current Clinical Fellowship Candidate
