Staff Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Centre Manager in the daily operation of the Centre.
• Provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care.
• Manage the administration of storage of clients’ medication.
• Carry out initial assessments and participate in the development of clients’ individual careplans.
• Conduct and document nursing assessments, treatments, procedures and reviews.
• Liaise with carers on clients’ general well-being, medication and careplans.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and equipment.
• Supervise and assist in clients’ activities and programmes.
• Conduct in-house and on-the-job training for centre staff, carers and volunteers.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in nursing position, preferable in eldercare sector.
• Patient care skills and communications skills with elderly.
• Attention to details; good in customer service and positive attitude.
