£36,000 per year

Ready to take the lead in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a motivated Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night operations and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising night staff and organising shift rotas
• Arranging holiday/absence cover
• Training and developing staff in line with company processes
• Ensuring new starters and agency staff receive full inductions and legal briefings
• Motivating the team to hit productivity targets and minimise picking errors

• Accurate order picking of ambient, frozen, and chilled goods
• Performing pallet checks and stock checks
• Checking goods inwards when needed
• Using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely
• Maintaining clean, tidy working areas
• Monitoring critical control points (HACCP)

• Briefing drivers on any load issues
• Moving lorries onto the loading bay
• Loading pallets onto correct vehicles ahead of delivery

• Following all management instructions and company procedures
• Ensuring the safety of yourself and others
• Reporting any warehouse non‑conformances
• Carrying out pre-operational MHE checks
