Multi Trade Operative - Temp to Perm

📍 Exeter, Tiverton & North Devon • 💼 Temp to Perm Opportunity • 💷 £35,000 per annum (Permanent) • £18 per hour PAYE | £23 per hour CIS (Temporary)

• Carrying out reactive maintenance works in occupied properties
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service

Candidates must be either:

• Plumbing biased, or
• Carpentry biased

You should be confident completing a range of associated multi-trade tasks alongside your core trade.

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance
• Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term stability
• £18 per hour PAYE or £23 per hour CIS during temporary period
• £35,000 per annum upon permanent appointment
• Consistent local work across Exeter and North Devon
• Supportive working environment
