A recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join the Quality team in Tiverton. The role involves processing customer complaints, completing Quality KPI data, managing customer returns, and inspecting items for restock. Candidates should have strong communication skills, metrology equipment experience, knowledge of spreadsheets, and an understanding of ERP systems. This position offers a 39-hour work week with hours generally from Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm, and Friday until noon.
