The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee a 3-bed therapeutic home for children with SEMH needs. We believe in "Fun & Adventure," so we need a manager who values outdoor activities and knows the local Tiverton area well enough to plan incredible experiences for our young people.

* Financials: £52,000 basic salary.

* On-Call: £40 allowance for Friday, Saturday, Sunday (FSS).

Requirements

* Experience:

Proven track record as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within an SEMH residential setting.

* Qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential) is essential.

* Mindset: A strong therapeutic background and a passion for child-led, active care.

* Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the "Good" to "Outstanding" journey.
