Job Requirements

Compensation

Up to £26,000 per year, paid for your whole shift, 45p per mile (on top of pay).

Shift Patterns
  • 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

A variety of shifts is preferred but not essential. Alternate weekend availability is essential, covering at least two shifts per weekend.

Contract Options
  • Salaried contracts – paid for the duration of your shift, minimum 3 shifts per week including alternate weekends; perfect for those valuing stable income, routine and guaranteed hours.
  • Flexible contracts – work around your availability, pay‑per‑contact starting from £13.00 per hour, enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, casual flexible working without fixed hours.

All carers receive 45p per mile travel allowance on top of their wage regardless of contract.

  • Provide friendly, respectful personal care and encouragement.
  • Support with meals, medication and daily living.
  • Offer genuine companionship and emotional support.
  • Make simple visit recordings using the Beehive Care app.
