Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring entrances, gates, loading areas, and/or temporary construction access points, verifying identification and directing visitors, vendors, and contractors.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, watching for unusual activity, open doors, unsecured equipment, and/or property conditions requiring attention.;
Document patrols, incidents, and service requests in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
