Palm Point Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and talented Nursing Manager to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Nursing Manager will provide direct supervision for all nursing personnel and ensure consistency with hospital philosophy relating to quality patient care through effective leadership. The Nursing Manager will collaborate with supervisory and administrative staff to ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care on a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week basis.

The Nursing Manager will coordinate supervision and direction of staff within all units and will make rounds on assigned units to assist with problem solving and to coordinate the flow of daily work routines. The Nursing Manager will assist in identification of opportunities for improvement and will be responsible for data collection and analysis of performance improvement monitors.

  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN.

  Requires five years of psychiatric experience and two years of management experience.
