You Are:

The Business Analyst will support delivery of an AI-enabled solution for the Non-Conformance (NC) process. This role translates business needs into actionable requirements, ensures alignment across business, quality, and IT stakeholders, and supports the development of scalable "backbone capabilities" critical for current and future AI use cases.

The opportunity:

• Gather and document business requirements for the AI-enabled non-conformance workflow.

• Perform detailed process analysis and map current vs. future state processes.

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Support creation of baselines, value measures, and benefits frameworks for CAR justification.

• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional stakeholders at the appropriate seniority levels.

• Drive clarity and alignment across Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and vendor teams.

• Support change management efforts by articulating process impacts and user considerations.

What you need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, enterprise environments.

• Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or advanced digital programs.

• Strong process-mapping skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear requirements.

• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior leaders.

• Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across functions.

• Strong documentation discipline (requirements, user stories, functional specs, decision logs).

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality, non-conformance, supply chain, or regulated operations.

• Prior work in digital transformation programs or AI solution delivery.

• Experience partnering with change management teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems integration and configurable platform design.

• Experience working with or coordinating multiple consulting partners.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
